The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Summit Estates, Phase 1, Lots 49R & 50R, Block 2, being a replat of Lots 49 & 50, Block 2, Summit Estates, Phase 1, to adjust the property line between Lots 49 & 50, Block 2 of Summit Estates, Phase 1. The ± 3.216-acre site is located southeast of the intersection of Vail Lane and Denali Way, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
