The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Whispering Meadows Tracts 5A-5D & 4B-A1, to create three (3) additional lots from a previously platted lot and adjust the lot lines for another lot for residential use, for a total of five (5) lots. The property contains ± 29.00 acres of land in the F.M. Woodard Survey Abstract No. 1120, located on the north side of Wilson Road, ± 2,542 feet east of the intersection of Wilson Road and Boyce Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
