The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Richardson’s Addition Lots 2R-A & 2R-B, a replat of Lot 2, Richardson’s Addition, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 7.754 acres of land recorded in Cabinet G Slide 20, Plat Records of Ellis County Texas, located on the east side of Cody Road, ± 1,600 feet south of the intersection of Cody Road and Old Telico Road, Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
