The property contains ± 13.827 acres of land, recorded in Cabinet J Slide 13 of the Plat Records of Ellis County Texas, located on the south side of Wilson Road, ± 533 feet west of the intersection of Wilson Road and Boyce Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
