The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Hayes and Williams Estates Tract 1R, a replat of Hayes and Williams Estates Tract 1 to include additional land. The property contains ± 12.759 acres of land in the M. Wilkins Survey, Abstract No. 1142, located on the north side of Judy’s Lane, ± 630 feet west of the intersection of Judy’s Lane and Morgan Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Italy, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
