The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Cockerham Estates Lot 1A-RR, Lot 1R-R & Lot 3R and all of a called 20.33 acres, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 42.770 acres of land in the Charles Green Survey, Abstract No. 922, and the M.V. Rhodes Survey, Abstract No. 950, located on the north side of FM 66, ± 2,113.80 feet west of the intersection of FM 66 and Arrowhead Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Waxahachie and Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
