The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Suburban Estates Lot 84-A and Lot 84-B, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 2.283 acres of land in the Littleton White Survey, Abstract No. 1110, located on the south side of Goliad Circle, ± 2,113.80 feet northeast of the intersection of Epps Road and Goliad Circle, Palmer, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1.
