The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Winding Creek Estates Lots 20R & 21R, Block B, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 2.542 acres of land in the J. Berry Survey, Abstract No. 86, located on the west side of Wilder Way, ± 286.6 feet north of the intersection of Wilder Way and Woodstream Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Ovilla, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
