The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for R & M Ranch Addition Lots 1R & 2, Block A to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 6.852 acres of land in the J. Blair Survey, Abstract No. 115, and the T.F. McCrary Survey, Abstract No. 1287, located on the south side of Brigman Road, ± 3,294.7 feet southwest of the intersection of Brigman Road and FM 916, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
