The Ellis County Commissioner’s Court voted in favor of rescinding the county-wide burn ban in their meeting held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.  EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Ellis County is no longer under a burn ban. This includes all unincorporated areas of Ellis County.
