The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Trinity Addition Lots 1R & 2, Block A, being a replat of Trinity Addition Lot 1 and a 7.221-acre tract to create one (1) additional legal lot of record. The property contains ± 11.592 acres of land in the Henry Bland Survey, Abstract No. 136, located on the northeast side of South Old Alma Road, ± 2651 feet north of the intersection of South Old Alma Road and Buckeye Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Alma, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
