The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Bois D’Arc Estates No. 2, Lots 115A & 115B, to create one (1) additional legal lot of record. The property contains ± 2.232 acres of land in the J. Laughlin Survey, Abstract No. 627, located on the west side of Bryson Lane, ± 997 feet south of the intersection of Springer Road and Bryson Lane, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Midlothian, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
