The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Broadhead Addition Lots 9R1 and 9R2, a replat of Lot 9R and Lot 11, to adjust the lot line. The property contains ± 5.709 acres of land in the B.B.B. & C.R.R.C.O Survey, Abstract No. 175, located on the south side of Broadhead Road, ± 2,701 feet west of the intersection of Broadhead Road and Salado Trail, in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
