The property contains ± 10.00 acres of land in Thomas Jefferson Chambers Survey Abstract No. 1 located on the north side of FM 85, ± 3,085 feet west of the intersection of Mach Road and FM 85, Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.
