The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Wickliffe Farms Lots 1A & 1B, to create an additional lot. The property contains ± 10.030 acres of land located on the east side of FM 780, ± 356 feet southwest of the intersection of Mohundro Road and FM 780, in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Ferris, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
