Ellis County Precinct 1 is closing the intersection located at 1106 Farrar road & Rutherford road, headed southbound up to address 257 Rutherford, due to a utility pole down. This segment of road will be temporarily closed to all thru traffic, effective immediately. Residents can detour using Blue Ribbon road to access Rutherford road.
