The Ellis County Commissioner’s Court voted in favor of rescinding a county-wide burn ban in their meeting held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Ellis County is not under a burn ban. This includes all unincorporated areas of Ellis County.
