The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Halverson Estates, Lots 1R & 2R, Block A, being a replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Halverson Estates, to adjust the property lines to modify the configuration of the lots. The ± 12.50-acre site is located ± 990 feet northwest of the intersection of Greathouse Road and Old Maypearl Road, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
