The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Plattner Farm, Lots 14R1 and 14R2, Block 1, being a replat of Lot 14, Block 1 of Plattner Farm, Phase 1 to create one (1) additional lot for a total of two (2) lots. The property contains ± 11.173 acres of land located ± 1,335 feet south of the intersection of FM 876 and Bigham Road, partially located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.
