The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Ensign Estates, Lots 2R1 & 2R2, Block A, being a replat of Lot 2 of Ensign Estates, to create one (1) additional lot for a total of two (2) lots. The property contains ± 10.373 acres of land located ± 615 feet southeast of the intersection of Ensign Road and Brazier Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.
