The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Wild Plum Subdivision, Lots 2R and 2R-1, being a replat of Lot 2 of Wild Plum Subdivision, to create one (1) additional lot for a total of two (2) lots. The property contains ± 14.741 acres of land located ± 4,230 feet south of the intersection of FM 55 and Nash Howard Rd, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.
