The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Country Ridge Farms, Lots 4-A1, 4-A2 & 6-A1, being a replat of Country Ridge Farms Lot 4A & 6A, to create one additional lot and adjust the boundaries of an existing lot. The ± 33.304-acre site is located southwest of the intersection of Texas Drive and Palmyra Road in the L. White Survey Abstract No. 1110, Palmer, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1.
