The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Cynthia’s Addition, being a replat of O T India, to combine Lots 9-17, Lot 19, and Lot 22 and remove unimproved right-of-way into one (1) lot for residential use. The ± 1.174-acre site is located ± 245 feet south of the intersection of FM 780 and India Road, Ferris, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
This replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
