The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Bakersfield Addition Lot 1R, Lot 2R, and Lot 3, Block A, being a replat of Bakersfield Addition Lots 1 & 2 Block A, to adjust the lot line and include previously unplatted land. The property contains ± 12.326 acres of land located ± 3,875 feet southwest of the intersection of Brigman Road and FM 916, located partially within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.
