The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Buena Vista Estates Phase 2 Lots 1R & 2R, Block A, being a replat of Buena Vista Estates Phase 2 Lot 2, Block A, to create one (1) additional lot, for a total of two (2) lots for residential use. The property contains ± 5.257 acres of land, located ± 495.70 feet east of the intersection of FM 1446 and Lone Elm Road, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.
