The property contains ± 4.019 acres of land recorded in Cabinet B Slide 26, Plat Records of Ellis County Texas, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Marshall Road and FM 664, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4.
