The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Hamill Estates Lots 5A & 5B, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 3.00 acres of land located on the north side of FM 1181, ± 483 feet east of the intersection of FM 1181 and Kirkpatrick Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
