The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Koonce Addition Lots 2R-1 & 2R-2, to create one (1) additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 4.833 acres of land located on the west side of Skinner Road, ± 895 feet north of the intersection of Skinner Road and E. FM 875, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Midlothian, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
