The Quarterly Report provides basic statistics produced by the Department of Development.  The publication includes information on permitting activity, population estimates, and summaries of nuisance violations, septic installations, etc. within the unincorporated areas of Ellis County.  Click on a quarter below for more information.  All documents are in PDF format.
