ELLIS COUNTY IS CURRENTLY NOT UNDER A BURN BAN
The Ellis County Commissioner’s Court voted to rescind a 90-day Burn Ban effective October 1, 2024. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Ellis County is no longer under a burn ban. This includes all unincorporated areas of Ellis County.
