These contact lists are provided as a convenience. You are NOT required to include every agency on these lists. DO NOT include agencies in your petition who do not have records related to your case.

EXPUNCTION.EMAILS:

Texas DPS will send expunction notice to following entities; therefore, only need to list Texas DPS and not any of the following:
1. FBI
2. Texas Crime Information Center (TCIC)
3. National Crime Information Center (NCIC)
4. Texas Dept of Emergency Management (TDEM)
5. Texas Data Exchange (TDEx)
6. National Data Exchange (N-DEx)
7. Texas Highway Patrol (THP) (or local THP offices)
8. Driver License Division (DL) (or local DL offices)
9. Administrative License Revocation (ALR)
10. Texas Homeland Security Crime Records Service (CRS)
11. Crime Lab
12. Texas Rangers
13. Sex Offender Registry Bureau (SOR)
It also includes everyone that utilizes FBI records:
1. US Dept of Justice (DOJ)
2. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
3. US Dept of Homeland Security (DHS)
