By order of the Commissioners Court of Ellis County, Texas, in their regular meeting held on October 22, 2012, be it ordered that: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the ban on outdoor burning enacted on September 24, 2012, minute order 273.12, has been withdrawn.
