Juvenile Probation power is restored as of 9:50 a.m.
Some Ellis County offices are without electricity this morning including Juvenile Probation and Justice of the Peace/Constable, Pct. 2 in Waxahachie. Power companies have been notified but those offices will not have internet or telephone service until electricity is restored.
