From the County Judge:
Citizens of Milford that need access to their homes to feed small household pets or pick up prescription medications are asked to register with the Red Cross at the Italy High School gymnasium at 300 College Street starting at 10 a.m. on Friday morning.
Ellis County Deputies will escort residents to their homes in passenger vans.
Citizens will be required to provide a proof of residency.
Only one resident per household will be allowed to enter the home.
