By order of the Commissioners’ Court of Ellis County, Texas, in their meeting held May 9, 2011, be it ordered that: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the ban on all burning of any materials including trash, waste or any other outdoor fire, enacted on April 23, 2011, minute order 187.11, has been withdrawn.
