Re: Burn Ban “Rescinded” – Ellis County, Texas
By order of the Commissioners’ Court of Ellis County, Texas, in their meeting held January 24, 2011, be it ordered that:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the ban on all burning of any materials including trash, waste or any other outdoor fire, enacted on 12/23/10, minute order 417.10, has been withdrawn.
